The railway station in Granada is situated at the end of the historic sector of Avenida de Andaluces. This area is approximately 1.5 kilometers from the city centre. Trains serving the station are not high speed but arrive on schedule. The station is served by regional and long distance trains. From Madrid, the Talgo train riding time takes roughly 6 hours. From Seville, the same train takes about 4 hours riding time. Other key places that can be reached by the train system are Almeria via Guadix, Ronda, Antequera, Cordoba, Almeria, Malaga and Algeciras. The station is well served by buses, but cheap car hire at the Granada Rail Station is also an option.

The station has parking spaces, cafeterias and a ticketing service. The ticketing offices in the station accept card or cash but you may also purchase train tickets online through RENFE’s website or through certain travel agents, although these agents may charge for a small commission.

Three trains tow the station everyday offering a view of the quaint Ronda and Antequeras going to Algeciras. Granada in Spain is a well-known tourist destination and abounds in nature’s beauty. You may avail of a cheap car hire service to accompany your trip to the city. From the station, cheap car hire companies are available for service.

Huddersfield of West Yorkshire England was once a textile town, contributing in a large scale, to the city’s streamlined reputation. Notwithstanding, the town has every potential as a major get-away destination. Some parts of the town portray classic countryside and green pastures while some are cosmopolitan in appeal. With its bold history and culture and magnetic attractions and sights, Huddersfield is truly a place to be. Words are not enough to describe this magnificent town so grab a cheap car hire at Huddersfield and see the town for yourself.

To start off the lengthy list of sights and attractions within and surrounding Huddersfield are the Tolson Memorial Museum and the nearby Victoria Tower. The Tolson Memorial Museum is a Victorian mansion house that is not only admired for its magnificent exterior architecture but most especially for its antique collections in almost every area possible. The collections in the Tolson Memorial Museum revolve around the history of Huddersfield and anything and everything that relates to the town’s past. The Victoria Tower on the other hand, is just a few minutes drive away on a car rental if you want a great view of the whole town. Victoria Tower nests on the Castle Hill, which stands a towering 900 feet. The Castle Hill is indeed a dominating landmark, together with the Victoria tower, which overlooks the whole of Huddersfield.

The long list continues with the spectacular reservoirs in Holme Valley. Moreover, the Lawrence Batley Theatre is where you would find fine facets of the art of drama and stage. Plazas are teeming with authentic shops and bistros while nightlife is kicking with pubs and clubs that enliven the evenings.

All these are just small tastes of what Huddersfield has to offer. Going to the town is as easy with transport options by plane, train, bus, car, and of course, car hire.

Lesvos or Lesbos is an island in the northern Aegean Sea of Greece. The largest town, Mytilene, also Lesvos’ capital, accommodates the one airport that links the island to destinations such as Athens and the United Kingdom. The airport’s Greek name, which is Odysseas Elytis, is after a famous 20th century Greek poet. The airport’s operations began in 1948 but the first ever charter flight touchdown was not until 1980. Today, the airport serves direct charter flights from Germany, the United Kingdom, Sweden, Belgium, Denmark and Holland. Domestic scheduled flights are from Athens International Airport and Thessaloniki International Airport respectively. The airport is just a few minutes’ drive away from the island’s capital and is served by buses and taxis as well as cheap car rental at Lesvos Airport.

Direct charter flights from afore mentioned destinations are available on specific days only—direct charter flights from UK to the Lesvos Airport return and leave Thursdays, and Saturdays from Gatwick and Manchester. Direct charter flights from Germany are on Wednesdays while flights from Denmark leave Mondays and Sundays from Bullund and Copenhagen airports respectively. Flights from Belgium leave Mondays and Thursdays while flights from Holland leave Mondays and Fridays. Seven scheduled domestic flights from Athens are available every day and take less than an hour of flight time. Other regular flights to Greek islands are also available as well as mainland destinations.

The airport is just a small stop and services are basic but very handy. Cheap car hire is popular among travelers who want to explore the Lesvos Island with ease. Budget car rental providers are available at the Lesvos Airport. Other transport options include taxis and buses, which have stops and stations outside the airport terminal.

Atocha is a zone in Madrid that extends from the Hueartas and the Lavapies areas on either side. The area overflows with museums and landmarks that are sure delights especially for those with expansive interests. The area can be reached through its railway station, aptly named Atocha railway station, which is in itself a sight to see. From the rail station, you may arrange a deal for cheap car hire at Madrid Atocha for convenient travel around the zone.

Atocha prides its self with great art galleries in every corner. The Reina Sofia Museum or Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofia in Spanish stands just across the Atocha Rail Station. The museum was once a convent and a sanatorium turned into an art gallery which now holds great collections of unique Spanish art. Most famous is Guernica by Picasso which portrays the terror brought about by the Spanish Civil War to the Basque town of Guernica. Other olden artists that are featured in the museum are Miro and Juan Gris. You may delight yourself with a quick meal from Sergi Ariola’s (a famous Spanish Chef) restaurant located in the building. Arola Madrud is another restaurant which is inspired by traditional Mediterranean influence.

Maneuver your car hire to Paseo del Prado where the Prado Museum, yet another must see, is located. This most visited museum holds hundreds or even thousands of classic European art which date from the 12th to 19th centuries. The main attraction of the site would be the works of Goya and Velasquez while other collections from Rubens, Botticelli, Rembrandt and Raphael are exhibited.

Other attractions include the Anada Terrace, and the Atocha Monument. You may also drive your cheap car rental to visit the nearby Huestas Area which offers many attractions such as El Barrio de las Letras, Lope de Vega House and Ateneo de Madrid.

The borough of Salford is a busy city located in the county of Greater Manchester in northwest England. It has a peculiar geography in which it shares part of its border with Manchester city at its east side, where the River Irwell also flows along.

The borough houses both extremes of city living, with affluent residential suburbs on one side, and a very urbanised city setting on the other. An example of the former is the exclusive Ellesmere Park and some places in Worley, as affluent as areas in Manchester such as Whitefield and Prestwich, which can be reached through car hire in Manchester-Salford.

Although the eastern part of the city is urbanised, it does not have a real central district—it shares the centre of downtown Manchester. This is exemplified by its reliance on Manchester’s airport and also by its having no sports team, so Salfordians remain loyal to the Manchester United football team.

Must-sees in Salford include the Ordshall Hall, the Salford Roman Catholic Cathedral, and Salford Quays, a complex that houses the Lowry Art Gallery (named after the composer), a Theatre and the Imperial Museum North. Trafford Centre is the main shopping area with a Manchester Unite Shop can be found.

All the mentioned places in Salford can be reached by cheap car hire in Manchester-Salford. A car rental is recommended for getting around because tram services can become expensive, and rushing to catch the bus might cut your day or night early. Cheap car hire in Manchester-Salford is provided by Europcar and Alamo, among others.

The Marseille Rail Station, also known as Gare de Marseille Saint-Charles, is in the city of Marseille, the largest city in France after Paris and Lyon. It was once a station where passengers en route to the Middle East and Africa before planes went into common use for international travel.

Around 15 million passengers—a great number of which use cheap car hire in Marseille Rail Station—that alight and depart from the station come from and go to other areas in France and in the United Kingdom. The city centre of Marseille is only several steps away through the immense staircase of the station.

The station houses 14 platforms for arrivals and departures. Some of the destinations of the lines are Lyon, Paris, Dijon, Luxembourg, Nice, Le Havre, Brussels, and Aubagne. After alighting, one can already pick up a pre-booked cheap car hire at Marseille Rail Station for utmost convenience.

Although the city centre is pedestrianized, a car rental is still essential for quick travel to one of the tourist destinations, or to a business venue. Cheap car hire at Marseille Rail Station is availed from Argus, Europcar, Rhino Car Hire, Avis, and Globel-Car rental companies.

A car hire is safer to use, especially for a tourist, because some cab drivers can easily cheat up to double the proper fare. One can go to the tourist assistance office and give the details of the taxi. Although you can get your money back and get the driver into hot water, a car rental easily prevents that issue.

Nice is the largest non-regional capital city in France, and its economy is largely comprised of tourism. Its Mediterranean climate and cuisine are tourist magnets.

The rail station is operated by the SNCF, the national railway of France. It also serves as a stop for local trains that connect Nice to the other French coastal towns. The high speed trains of the national TGV also serve train routes to Italy and other parts of Europe.

Ticketing for the TGV is only acquired through reservation. A new innovation is called the IdTGV, tickets that are a tad cheaper, but are only bought online. Local rail lines have automated ticketing booths in the rail station, but they only accept euro coins.

The cheapest public transport mode is the bus, which can be disadvantageous for the tourist and those on business trips because the routes and sign boards can be quite confusing and require some memorization, so the best option to travel around the city is through car hire at Nice Rail Station.

Cheap car hire at Nice Rail Station can be availed from Avis, Nova, Globel-Cars, Tiger, ADA, Easycar, and Logan Car Hire. A car hire gives you only a fraction of the usual travel time of the bus, while giving you the comfort and ease of movement in your own space, which means no jostling with other commuters.
